Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in program or project management.
- 7 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing C-level stakeholders.
- Past exposure to audits, compliance operations / strategy, program management, risk assessments, common controls frameworks, and process design / mapping.
- Ability to self-start and self-directed work in an unstructured environment; comfortable dealing with ambiguity and delivering results in challenging situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to multiple cross-regional and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders, deliverables, and timelines.

As part of this team you fully immerse yourself in data collection, draw insight from analysis, and then zoom out to develop compelling, synthesized recommendations. Taking strategy one step further, you also persuasively communicate your recommendations to senior-level executives, roll-up your sleeves to help drive implementation and check back-in to see the impact of your recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Compliance Operations team to build best-in-class audit capabilities
- Analyze data and information to detect trends, patterns, and potential issues requiring auditor attention
- Conduct risk assessments to pinpoint vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.
- Interface with the external auditors; collect evidence and provide support in final report preparation and reviews
- Ensure auditable initiatives maintain governance and operability; address auditor feedback; design controls/alerts to monitor & update as needed
