This is a fixed term contract opportunity. Contract will end on September 31st 2027.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience buying or selling TV media.
- Ability to communicate in English and Polish fluently to engage with clients in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners.
- 2 years of experience working in the Consumer and Packaged Goods (CPG) or Finance industries or product area, and working in a complex, matrixed organization.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously focus on how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. Responsibilities
- Uncover business needs of our key clients and identify opportunities to transform their strategy regarding performance, measurement and branding.
- Develop joint business plans and account plans for key customers and help transform growth curves through understanding of their business objectives, key performance indicators, and issues.
- Present Google’s solutions with structure and narrative building , incorporating product understanding and detailed execution plans to generate business opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally within Google and collaborate on projects to drive client success.
- Drive growth and ensure highest client satisfaction through refined sales processes while meeting quarterly goals associated with these objectives including performance improvement and relevant product adoption goals.
