Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience with data manipulation, data analysis, and SQL.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.
- Ability to create, document, and execute processes, and work in a matrixed environment.
- Ability to translate data into insights for executive stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a changing environment, with excellent communication skills.
- Excellent investigative, attention to detail, organizational, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities
- Lead payments issue management, and drive issues to resolution. Conduct root cause analysis, involving multiple systems, teams, and processes. Query system's data, and utilize the data to calculate issue size and plan issue priority
- Work on potential paths for issue resolution, present recommendations to leadership on which option is best, and secure leadership approval.
- Be accountable for achieving service level objectives (SLOs) related to timeliness and velocity of issue resolution. Develop and implement action plans for future issue prevention.
- Manage stakeholders and communication within a matrixed environment. Work with product, engineering, operations, legal, and finance teams.
- Build technical infrastructure to scale issue resolution, and make it automated and efficient. Work flexible hours.
