Account Product Strategist, LCS (English, Spanish)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative business, business development, online media environment, or marketing.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to contact local stakeholders from Google and outside of Google.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a business related field.
  • 2 years of experience in a matrixed organization.
  • 1 year of experience in managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns, projects, and relationships with customers or agencies.
  • Knowledge of Google’s advertising solutions.
  • Ability to work as part of culturally cross-functional teams, build lasting client relationships, and to create programs to drive performance (e.g., scalable implementation plans).
  • Excellent investigative, presentation, and communication skills.

In this role, you will partner closely with advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. You will advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Help our clients in the region to plan, implement, and monitor product strategies that maximize their business and marketing objectives.
  • Partner with Sales, Product Specialists, and Agencies Teams to land product opportunities and goals with clients.
  • Manage the execution and delivery of campaigns across all Google Ads Solutions and Platforms ensuring the performance meets customers' Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth relationship with the client to understand the customers' core business objectives and issues.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders to plan, implement, and measure scalable product performance projects across our region, and to identify future opportunities.
