Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in sales or product strategy in traditional or digital advertising.
- Experience building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders.
- Understanding of retail or consumer goods.
- Ability to present concepts to different audiences, and prioritize initiatives, drive progress and adapt quickly across multiple workstreams.
- Ability to translate product offerings into business facing value propositions in line with customer business and marketing objectives, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving, and strategic skills.

The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
This role sits within the Product GTM (Go-to-Market) Team, tasked with accelerating and defending LCS business growth across the region via the development and adoption of products, tools and program best practices. Retail Media is a big bet for Google, driving incremental business growth in our Retail and Consumer Goods businesses across Search, YouTube, Measurement and GMP.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead strategic projects at the Americas scale that shape the future operating model and support long-term business priorities, oversee multiple strategic opportunities simultaneously and design organization wide strategic processes to ensure long-term goals are being defined and met.
- Define, and align upon and execute against priority regional product Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and activation priorities, metrics, and strategies; build governance systems to diagnose, discuss and progress against key business goals.
- Work with internal stakeholders cross-functionally to deliver solutions that meet our business objectives, influence global stakeholders to build solutions for regional needs.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of product and business data to identify trends, insights and intelligence to support decision making and activation.
