Executive Operations Lead, AI GTM Office

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience working with stakeholders (e.g., customers, internal executives) within sales, sales strategy, consulting, communications, program management, or engineering.
  • Experience working with internal executive leadership, executive customers, or executive partners.
  • Ability to travel 35% of the time as required.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with program and process management, transforming ambiguous goals into impactful and measurable programs, developing new processes, and driving clear outcomes with cross-functional groups (e.g., Product, Engineering, Sales).
  • Technical experience in Google Cloud.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Experience influencing executive stakeholders in a boardroom environment with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of enterprise software go-to-market strategies and sales methods.
  • Understanding of Google Cloud product and solution stack, with the ability to constructively advise and counsel executive leadership.

About the job

As an Executive Operations Lead in the AI Go-to-Market (GTM) Office, you will support our global and regional sales and technical executives, aligned to the Vice President (VP) of AI GTM at Google Cloud. You will be a key thought, strategy, and execution partner for the leadership team. This role will have both strategic and operational components, and you will require working across both types of work streams including rhythm of the business and partnering across various functions. You will help lead the growth, development, and overall health of the organization, as well as execute when needed. You will engage with many different stakeholders, in the cloud, across Google, externally, and more. You will have significant exposure to executive leaders, providing opportunities to interact with, and understand, the strategic priorities of this high visibility organization.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-$245,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Define, lead, and execute the executive customer engagement strategy for the VP of AI GTM to drive meaningful business impact, aligning the executive to the right customers at the right time. 
  • Develop processes to evaluate and execute executive engagement requests, including field visit schedules and briefing development, in close partnership with cross-functional teams. Shape briefings for the VP for external engagements in partnership with sales and product teams. Work closely with account teams to shape the VP’s engagement and leverage a network of specialists and experts. 
  • Manage customer engagement strategy at Google’s marquee events, including developing invitation lists and managing onsite meeting schedules.
  • Oversee and resolve all executive engagement priorities and requests.
  • Drive predictable cadence of customer office rhythm of the business activities to maintain coordination on priority status, resolve open items, and report impact.
