Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in consultative sales.
- Experience in successfully implementing and optimizing ad monetization initiatives.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, building strong relationships across departments, and influencing effectively across functions and executives.
- Ability to structure, analyze, and solve business problems, and deliver impact against concrete business goals.
- Ability to provide one-off consultations on apps-specific monetization strategies.
- Ability to effectively communicate across a broad range of technical and non-technical stakeholders and build and deliver effective presentations.
- Ability to communicate in Portuguese fluently to engage with regional stakeholders as part of the scope of the role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of publisher accounts and engage with partners in virtual and in-person interactions, helping shape their long-term goal while executing daily operations to increase ad revenue.
- Collaborate across multiple industries to drive app monetization consultations for hybrid (non-app-first) companies.
- Identify issues faced by publishers, users, and Google in-app advertising and provide market-to-product feedback to shape the future of our app monetization platforms.
- Lead discussions with C-level executives at partner companies.
- Collaborate with product managers, sharing feedback from top partners and facilitating direct engagement between them.
