Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
- Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in media planning and measurement for digital video or CTV/TV.
- Knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem, including planning, buying, reporting, and business.
- Understanding of the third-party measurement landscape.
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functionally, effectively managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate the broader implications of decisions on both products and the wider ecosystem.

This role sits in the YouTube+ Global Product Solutions team, with a mission to fuel innovation that keeps YouTube and Video free and accessible to the world by effectively monetizing YouTube with advertisers.
We are seeking a Global Product Solutions Senior Associate for our Insights and Planning team to help our customers make the best media decisions with Google. In this role, you will be passionate about media planning, data, and the tools marketers use to spend their budgets.
You will help ensure YouTube is accurately represented in both third-party datasets and Google's internal tools and marketing claims. This includes developing a global strategy to make sure YouTube's first-party and third-party reporting is accurate and comparable to other media platforms. You will also manage commercialization efforts to drive increased consideration of YouTube, working with product managers and other teams to prioritize roadmaps and evaluate new opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Partner with global and regional sales teams to prioritize needs for reach-based video content and planning solutions delivered in partnership with third parties.
- Help define priorities and roadmaps for content ratings and planning datasets based on market needs and global business priorities.
- Drive internal and external commercialization of solutions, covering use cases from marketing claims to cross-media ratings and ad planning tools.
- Ensure YouTube’s core planning media solutions are supported with reach measurement across more than 90 markets.
- Help define success metrics, track product adoption, and size business impact to convey progress and upside.
