Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
- Experience in working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience in managing agreements or partnerships.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with project management and business with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to communicate in Vietnamese and English fluently to support relationship management in this region.
- Knowledge of the media industry and content creators.
- Excellent thinking skills with knowledge of the creator and content ecosystem, and online business.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent consultation and investigative skills in contractual, technical and financial issues.

- Manage partnerships with creators or partners and develop new partnership opportunities.
- Help creators or partners to understand and adopt YouTube products or features to grow their channels and audience. Analyze and track metrics to identify trends and highlight issues.
- Resolve business issues with creators or partners.
- Work cross-functionally to support business opportunities.
- Implement projects and other initiatives and share best practices with peers.
