Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with a focus on power delivery networks (PDNs) or power management.
- Experience in power delivery from the system to the chip.
- Experience working with internal design teams and external vendors.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or a related Engineering field.
- Experience setting up manufacturing assembly processes, driving product launches within manufacturing operations.
- Experience in technical leadership, along with excellent project management and communication skills.

The Global Silicon Technology and Sourcing team is hiring a Power Technology Specialist to focus on power delivery from system to chip. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating new Integrated Voltage Regulators (IVRs) and power-management solutions, working with internal teams and external vendors. You will secure technology pipelines and mitigating risks, ensuring efficient and reliable power delivery to achieve high performance and support the company's product road map.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate Integrated Voltage Regulators (IVRs), Power Delivery Network (PDN) solutions, and power-management IP.
- Ensure the chip's power delivery is efficient and reliable.
- Collaborate with internal design teams and external vendors.
- Perform technical due diligence on new technologies and manage the technology transfer process into the company.
- Serve as a subject-matter-expert with knowledge in the specific domain.
