Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or military that includes executive or dignitary protection responsibilities.
Preferred qualifications:
- Tactical/operational experience in executive/dignitary protection on a global level.
- Experience managing high profile strategic response plans, and triaging intelligence reports, personal protection, risk mitigation tools.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships and create processes that are customer focused.
- Ability to work flexible/non-standard corporate schedules (including holidays) and travel both domestically/internationally.
- Ability to maintain valid U.S. driver’s license, pass pre-employment and unscheduled drug testing during employment.

As an Operations Support Manager with Senior Executive Services, you will use your knowledge and experience in security management to coordinate and support appropriate risk based mitigation services for Alphabet Leadership on a case by case basis. Additionally, you will be expected to cultivate and maintain working relationships with all internal stakeholders, administrative staff, government agencies, and third-party vendors to effectively manage and drive crisis communications. You will develop written materials and content to efficiently relay critical information to all stakeholders, conduct security advances and facilitate protective services, facilitate personal security vulnerability assessments and ensure quality control of all services rendered while tracking program performance.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $153,000-$227,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Serve as the primary security advisor for designated executives, tailoring guidance to their unique needs and concerns. Lead executive protection details as necessary, ensuring the comprehensive safety and security of assigned individuals in all situations and locations.
- Collaborate with the Global Security and Resilience Services (GSRS) stakeholders to bolster security measures and response capabilities. Foster strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement agile, effective security strategies.
- Manage relationships with external security vendors, ensuring seamless support for executive protection, travel, events, and any emergent security issues.
- Analyze comprehensive security assessments and deliver tailored briefings to executives, focusing on identified vulnerabilities and recommended mitigation strategies.
- Ensure seamless and adequately resourced logistical support for designated executives.
