Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- 1 year of experience with data structures or algorithms.
- 1 year of experience implementing core Machine Learning concepts.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience in backend and Machine Learning.
- Experience in both backend development and Machine Learning.
- Proficiency in C++ programming language with a desire for continuous learning.

The Core team builds the technical foundation behind Google’s flagship products. We look across Google’s products to build central solutions, break down technical barriers and strengthen existing systems. As the Core team, we have a mandate and a unique opportunity to impact important technical decisions across the company.
Responsibilities
- Automate our processes for data analysis, anomaly detection, and metrics collection.
- Work on data collection and data quality, as needed for our models.
- Contribute to the evolution of our Trust Model and clustering solutions by proposing ideas, performing analysis and building new models.
- Participate in the team's on-duty to maintain our systems.
- Work closely with current and future partners and clients, such as Trust and Safety, Ads, Payments.
