Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • 4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
  • Experience in a data science or advanced investigative role with a focus on extracting insights from datasets to drive business impact.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
  • 2 years of experience creating data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
  • 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.
  • 2 years of experience in people management.

About the job

As a Product Feedback Analyst/Team Manager, you will lead a team of analysts and data scientists responsible for synthesizing vast amounts of product feedback from various sources to drive impactful product improvements and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies. You will be instrumental in developing a deep understanding of user needs and pain points across Google's Ads translating raw feedback into actionable insights and recommendations for Product, Engineering, and GTM leadership. You will advocate a data-driven approach to understanding user sentiment and ensure that feedback is effectively channeled to influence product development and commercialization efforts.The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are investigative and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000-$267,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Direct the analysis of feedback to identify key trends and opportunities. Refine analysis methodologies.
  • Lead the development of integrated quantitative and qualitative analyses into clear, impactful insights.
  • Create and present compelling executive communications with data-driven recommendations to various audiences.
  • Contribute to a data-driven culture, improve feedback processes, and identify strategic opportunities from user feedback.
  • Manage, mentor, and grow a team of Product Feedback Analysts and data scientists. Set goals and foster a high-performing environment.
