Senior Data Transformation Lead

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with client partners to identify technical issues and opportunities, selling AdTech and MarTech solutions, and leading project planning.
  • Experience in working with the Google products (e.g., Google Ads, DV360, Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Ads Data Hub or Google Cloud).
  • Familiarity with big data and data warehouses (e.g., DSPs, CDPs, DMPs, targeting, etc.) as well as tag management systems and web analytics.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent time-management and prioritization skills with oral and written presentation skills.

As a Data Transformation Lead, you will find compelling ways to integrate advertiser data into our platforms. With your business and communication skills, you will translate those insights into action. You will be a creative problem-solver and understand client objectives, data, and entrepreneurial spirit to take ownership of solving some of the issues faced by our customers today. You will act as a change agent within our client’s organization, using clear and compelling data points to articulate recommendations to stakeholders at all levels in the organization.

industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$174,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Harness the power of data and insights, drive customer adoption of key AI features and drive data infrastructure transformation to unlock long-term growth, from initial understanding of industry specific issues to full implementation and usage of Google's advanced products and solutions.
  • Ensure customers maximize the value of our data integration and AI solutions by operationalizing solutions and leveraging advanced features.
  • Be a consultative seller to our agency partners, building strong relationships and educating stakeholders across Google, partners and clients.
  • Think strategically about how our technology solutions can be used to co-develop with our agency partners in an evolving market.
  • Be the go-to resource for durable data integration, reliable measurement and technology.
