Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
  • Experience managing agreements or partnerships.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or other advanced degree.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising monetization in video, mobile and display with Google solutions.
  • Knowledge of Media and Entertainment content owners’ business growth solutions and ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of digital industry trends.
  • Ability to adapt to ambiguity and grow in a fluid environment, along with excellent presentation, project management and partner relationship skills.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.

About the job

Google is seeking a Revenue Lead to help grow the relationships with the strategic media partners by helping them set-up and optimize their use of the Google Ad Manager (GAM) platform to drive new and existing programmatic business opportunities. You will look to help the partners grow business across all platforms (app, web, etc.).

You will work closely with other members of the account team and cross-functional Google teams to support the day-to-day management and up-selling across their book of business. You are also the key Google Ad Manager product expert, providing training, implementation support, business support and consulting to the partner.The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $134,000-$196,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Google Ad Manager platform programmatic expert for Media Partners, providing support at any stage including implementation, day-to-day questions and business strategy.
  • Build and maintain business relationships for Google Ad Manager partners through collaboration with partner account owners of all levels on a daily basis. Meet with partners to present business collateral and training materials, and to address reporting needs.
  • Contribute to the growth and direction of Google Ad Manager’s partners, products, and services.
  • Understand partner needs and opportunities for growth on existing business.
  • Manage time-sensitive escalations related to business performance changes, product issues and challenges specific to a given partner.
