Recruiter, LATAM (English, Spanish)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in life-cycle recruiting within an agency or in-house recruiting team.
  • Experience recruiting for roles within business departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, or Communications).
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support client relationship management in Latin America.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience with core HR recruiting processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and evaluation.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and partnering with hiring managers.
  • Experience discussing and negotiating compensation packages.
  • Ability to develop client-focused recommendations and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent initiative, strong consultative skills, and ability to build productive relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruiting life-cycle, prioritizing an exceptional experience, and enhancing processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Partner strategically with hiring teams and stakeholders to drive impactful recruitment practices, ensuring the achievement of hiring goals aligned with organizational goals.
  • Drive effective and transparent cross-functional communication, influencing various levels to achieve staffing objectives and foster strong internal partnerships.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of strategic staffing plans, focusing on attracting high-quality talent and optimizing overall hiring efficiency.
  • Evaluate talent, expert sources, manage efficient interview processes, and drive offer stages, including compensation discussions and successful candidate closures.
