Account Manager, CPG (English, Spanish)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with clients in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • 1 year of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns, projects, and relationships with customers or agencies.
  • Experience working with the Food and Beverage industry.
  • Ability to take initiative and work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions over the telephone to high-end prospects.
  • Ability to combine an entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on action and excellent communication skills.

As an Account Manager, you will work with clients of Consumer Packaged Goods. You will understand client purposes, and drive change in order to grow their relationship with Google. You will partner with clients and brands, and focus on driving business growth by using data to make marketing decisions, accelerating their use of machine learning and automation.

Responsibilities

  • Engage and influence key customer stakeholders by leading meetings to uncover marketing goals and Key Performance Indicators, translating them into actionable campaign strategies.
  • Drive exceptional campaign results, quantify business impact, and demonstrate advanced value to customers, maintaining account hygiene.
  • Build and pitch data-driven solutions to maximize customer value through Google’s advertising solutions, handle objections, and ultimately achieve sales growth goals.
  • Analyze campaign data, ensuring performance is accurately tracked, and delivering measurable results aligned with customer purposes.
  • Monitor performance data to extract key insights, identifying and cultivating qualified promotional opportunities to drive future customer growth and build pipelines.
