Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
- Experience working with brands, including brand marketing, competitive analysis, and local media.
- Experience in Video Solutions (e.g., YouTube advertising products and platforms).
- Ability to communicate in Thai and English fluently to support vendors and clients in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to drive client success and achieve business goals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address client challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly.

As a Video and Media Sales Lead, you will be responsible for the planning and delivery of YouTube video solutions for our customers. You will be the product expert on All things Video both external and internal for Thailand with additional coverage for Pakistan. You will take initiative with a track record in customer/agency relationship management, and a passion for all things video. You will be responsible for driving incremental brand growth through your excellence in brand solution planning, designing quality video-centric media plans that deliver on our customers’ objectives. You will pitch in online video providing a consistent and high-quality brief response for large customers and their media agency partners for YouTube.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute video solutions, joint business plans, and programs to achieve business goals with key clients and agencies.
- Manage and proactively follow-up account plans and business pipeline to ensure quarterly rhythm for video business for Thailand.
- Improve adoption and business growth among Brand and Video customers for video products (e.g, Youtube).
- Build capability for Google brand products and brand measurement solutions among business teams.
- Monitor campaign performance to provide data-driven optimization recommendations and gather client feedback to inform YouTube product development.
