Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience working with digital organizations.
  • Experience identifying and recommending ways to improve product and customer strategy.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in developing and driving digital sales, marketing, or product strategy.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional and international teams and managing virtual teams within a large organization.
  • Experience in building performance advertising solutions.
  • Ability to lead and own operational and strategic cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent strategy, analysis, and creativity skills, with the ability to take initiative and drive success and impact.
  • Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and
industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you will have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Drive performance strategy for one or more marketing objectives by leveraging the applicable product suite (e.g., lead gen or online sales using performance max, value-based bidding, broad match), with a focus on delivering performance solutions and designing strategies that accelerate growth.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive adoption and business growth in performance.
  • Ensure engaged perspectives and differentiated value propositions generated through market-relevant insights. Represent Google performance proposition internally (e.g., leadership engagements, communities) and externally (e.g., customers, agencies, conferences).
  • Partner with APAC Product Go-To-Market teams to define goals for new search offerings and support product development initiatives.
  • Lead initiatives and drive core cross-functional projects including working with teams, business finance, Go-To-Market (GTM), gTech and Google Customer Solutions.
