- 1 year of experience with manufacturing, supply chain management, or fulfillment planning and execution in a new product introduction (NPI) role.
- 1 year of program management experience.
- 1 years of supply chain operations experience in retail sector or consumer hardware.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in Retail replenishment.
- Experience in Cross-functional partnership, change management, performance and execution.
- Experience in running collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment processes with retailers. Experience managing regional demand forecasting and inventory allocation throughout the product life cycle.
- Experience in planning and demand forecasting and inventory.
- Excellent thinking, presentation, and decision making skills.

The Google Pixel team focuses on designing and delivering the world's most helpful mobile experience. The team works on shaping the future of Pixel devices and services through some of the most advanced designs, techniques, products, and experiences in consumer electronics. This includes bringing together the best of Google’s artificial intelligence, software, and hardware to build global smartphones and create transformative experiences for users across the world.
Responsibilities
- Develop supply and demand models to minimize total costs and inventories while maintaining service levels to customers. Leading cross-functional alignment on business forecast and supply allocation.
- Collaborate with Demand Planning, Business Operations, and Product Management teams to comprehend and influence demand. Driving consistently levels of forecast accuracy across retail partners and Google’s online channel.
- Work in partnership with Sustaining Operations, Materials Management, and Global Commodity teams to set optimal build plans and transportation choices to meet targets and budgets.
- Drive product success of metrics such as inventory, material spend, business in and business through, freight-in, and gross margins.
- Supporting regional/global implementation of new planning systems / upgrades, and driving continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain operational processes.
