Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience analyzing data and generating business insights.
  • 7 years of experience developing operational process solutions, and working with cross-functional teams to drive these changes.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree in a related field or CSCMP certification.
  • 7 years of experience using data analysis to drive decision making.
  • 7 years of experience building relationships with stakeholders or clients.
  • Experience in data center equipment environments or computer component manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of SQL, analytics and Operations Six Sigma certification or other relevant operations coursework.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to apply structured thinking and logic to your work and provide solutions.

About the job

As the Generative Content Operations Specialist, you will orchestrate the day-to-day execution of our AI-first content supply chain, managing the platforms, vendors, and cross-functional workflows that power YouTube’s global launches. You will partner closely with the Generative Content Architect to operationalize AI tools, scaling them from experimental prototypes into daily processes for our written and visual production teams. You will be focus on operational excellence will ensure our Content Management System (CMS), studio logistics, and prompt libraries run seamlessly to deliver high-quality Go-To-Market (GTM) assets at unprecedented speed.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$194,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day configuration and health of the Content Management System (CMS) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) production stack, ensuring seamless content ingestion and publishing. Serve as the bridge between the Content team and Platform/Engineering teams.
  • Partner closely with the Generative Content Architect to translate high-level prompt strategies and technical blueprints into scalable, daily operational processes for the wider team.
  • Test and iterate new prompt libraries and tools in real-world Go-To-Market (GTM) scenarios and provide data-driven recommendations for model or workflow refinement.
  • Develop and oversee vendor access and workflows, ensuring external partners are integrated into our AI tooling ecosystems and meeting efficiency Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Own the "content freshness" process, utilizing AI tools to automatically monitor content performance, flag outdated assets, and trigger maintenance cycles.
