Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA, Master's degree or other advanced degree.
- Experience in critical thinking and business judgment to identify and resolve business with Strategy and Operations or Consulting.
- Experience driving cross-functional projects with ownership and developing go-to-market strategies.
- Experience developing and delivering compelling narratives for executive audiences.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and advise senior leaders.
- Excellent communication, presentation skills and problem-solving skills.

As a Strategy and Operations Lead, you will sit within Google’s Global Partnerships organization. You will collaborate across all of Google to identify cross-product area innovation for our most strategic partners. You will manifest through our Partner Managers, who manage a cohort of strategic partners to deepen and expand our relationships, create value for Google and the partner, and cultivate ally ship. You will operate in a cross-functional manner supporting the Strategic Partner team and aim to: promote and enable Cross-Platform Acceleration (xPA) dealmaking; further Global Business Organizations (GBO’s) collaboration with Cloud across industries; advance xPA collaboration on Google’s C-suite executive engagements; build the capabilities of the Strategic Partners team, scaling best practices across regions; and deliver operational excellence for a distributed confederation of teams.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Manage a portfolio of strategic projects and initiatives to support the Cross-Platform Acceleration (xPA) Artificial Intelligence go-to-market strategy and strengthen strategic partner executive engagement.
- Act as a key xGoogle subject matter expert, building strong relationships and synthesizing crucial executive messages and Artificial Intelligence (AI) offerings across Cloud, Knowledge and Information, DeepMind, Tech and Society, etc.
- Develop and implement processes and enablement frameworks in support of AI focused executive summits.
- Lead the executive communications briefing process for Senior Google leadership audiences (e.g., CEO/C-Suite team) ahead of critical C-level partner meetings and events to drive significant AI business outcomes.
- Identify potential roadblocks and promote a clear goal for AI Go-To-Market and effective Senior Vice President (SVP)/Executive Coordination across Product Areas, empowering cross-functional stakeholders with essential information to optimize partner C-level engagement readiness.
