Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in semiconductor supply chain planning (e.g., master production planning, demand planning, Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)) or supply line management within a manufacturing environment experience with capacity planning, material flow management, and scheduling.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with advanced supply chain planning or factory scheduling software (e.g., APS, MES, ERP systems).
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, including wafer fabrication (foundry) or assembly, test, and packaging operations, equipment, and material flow.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to interact with local vendors and cross-function teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, along with the ability to establish, track, and analyze supply chain performance metrics to drive operational improvements.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and presentation of information to audience.

- Develop and execute supply chain plans, including master production schedules, to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of custom silicon.
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal engineering and product teams, as well as assembly partners. Lead cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues, implementing actions.
- Monitor and analyze key supply chain and factory performance indicators such as on-time delivery, cycle time, yield, and work-in-progress levels, identifying areas for improvement.
- Identify potential supply chain disruptions (e.g., capacity constraints, material shortages) and develop mitigation plans to ensure business continuity.
- Optimize supply chain material flow with partners for efficient resource use, bottleneck reduction, and continuous improvement. Leverage data and standard procedures to enhance efficiency, cut costs, and improve reliability.
