Manager, gTech Ads Solutions (English, Portuguese)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of experience developing relationships with customers, and working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions.
  • 5 years of experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing cross-functional and cross-regional partnerships.
  • Experience in strategy consulting in the media or advertising industry.
  • Familiarity with offline media, Brand Lift, marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, MMM, MTA, attribution) and Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, etc.).
  • Excellent investigative and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent business decision making, tactical and investigative skills, including using data to drive strategy and business action, making presentations to C-Level/Executive audiences with excellent communication skills.

gTech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack. We help our customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help. We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. As a cross-functional and global team, we ensure our customers get the best return on investment with Google and we remain a trusted partner.

In this role, you will partner with the Large Customer Sales (LCS) team to provide product and data driven expertise to empower our customers to meet their advertising goals. You will collaborate with the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build strong businesses and brands. You will be observing a significant transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms and are uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Performance and Brand Solution Experts focused on delivering core business performance objectives by providing services to Sales teams, advertisers, and agencies.
  • Coach and develop your team to enable advertisers to maximize opportunities, improve performance and enhance Return on Investment for our large customers in LATAM.
  • Manage operational objectives and the creation of market strategies to help Sales deliver business growth, product adoption, and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with customers/agencies to ensure the successful execution of plans to deliver success for our customers.
  • Manage key projects and initiatives to successfully evolve our products, tools, solutions, workflows, and processes for our team/customers.
