As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

In this role, you will lead multidisciplinary projects. You will plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project life-cycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders. Your projects often span multiple offices, time zones and hemispheres, and it's your job to keep all the players coordinated on the project's progress and deadlines. You will interact and influence at all levels throughout a large, geographically dispersed company. You’ll also assist other subject-matter experts, business units, and other cross-functional stakeholders on the development of new policies and processes to meet corporate trade compliance automation requirements.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$258,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts in Transportation, Trade Compliance, Supply Chain Operations, Legal, and IT to identify and implement automation projects that increase operational efficiency and enhance trade compliance.
  • Design and model enhancements for enterprise-wide systems, including Global Trade Management (GTM) and other technical applications, to optimize compliance oversight.
  • Support the application of project management standards, policies, and procedures throughout the project life-cycle.
  • Partner with stakeholders to draft Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and collaborate with IT to review functional designs.
  • Manage the end-to-end deployment process, including testing, system implementation, and requisite change management activities.
