Global Business Solution Consultant, Fixed-Term Contract (English, Mandarin)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in app or web product research, operations, or strategy.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to interact with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in analyzing data and delivering recommendations for improvement.
  • Experience with the product development lifecycle.
  • Experience with product designs, product management, interface designs.
  • Experience in working cross-functionally with sales, engineering, User Experience/User Interface (UX/UI) with the knowledge of technology trends and issues.
  • Ability to work across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work.
  • Ability to communicate interaction concepts across different audiences and levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data and leverage existing tools/resources, and collaborate with cross-functional project teams to prepare data, structure, and execute analysis.
  • Execute developed business strategies for specific markets or customers in collaboration with internal partners based on research and understanding of the customer and leverage products to deliver goals.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships to work towards mutual business objectives, advise customers on business practices, and share updates on opportunities and activities with accounts.
