Minimum qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations or account management.
- 2 years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience closing executive level candidates and negotiating compensation packages leveraging experience with competing for technology talent.
- Experience recruiting for technical or non-technical profiles in an agency or corporate setting.
- Ability to manage customer relationship management, provide excellent customer consultative skills and work in a team environment.
- Ability to solve problems and deliver significant impact as an individual contributor.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to take initiative and build excellent, productive relationships.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to own relationships with YouTube's Hiring Managers, as well as various other Product Areas (PAs) as needed. You will manage the entire recruiting process from creating a recruiting strategy to generating a pipeline all the way through an offer accept stage. You will enjoy creative sourcing, collaboration, client management, advocating for candidates and taking a data-driven approach to solving problems for clients as well as someone who prioritizes candidate experience both internal and external.

- Recruit various talent pipelines and achieve quarterly hiring goals.
- Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every applicant from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and closing of candidates.
- Negotiate offers by leveraging your experience with competing for talent.
- Align and build an excellent relationship with your hiring managers and act as a talent business partner for their staffing needs, providing regular staffing updates and insights.
- Work cross-functionally across multiple internal teams to ensure global demand is met.
