- Experience bringing up new prototype hardware systems.
- Knowledge of wireless communication.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.

With technical and leadership expertise, you manage engineers across multiple teams and locations, a large product budget and oversee the deployment of large-scale projects across multiple sites internationally.

Responsibilities
- Innovate and develop embedded software for modem systems, focusing on scalable frameworks and new feature implementation.
- Design, implement, and tune algorithms to optimize system performance, power, and thermal metrics.
- Create comprehensive test solutions, including factory calibration systems and automated regression tests to ensure feature validation and performance measurement.
- Develop system and developer tools aimed at enhancing overall system optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, scope projects, and ensure compliance and conformance.
