Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
- Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia fluently in order to interact in this customer-facing sales role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in online media, sales and business development.
- Experience structuring and implementing initiatives with sales teams.
- Experience in working with Indonesian Business-to-Consumer (B2C) vertical.
- Ability to work in teams and take initiatives.
- Excellent detail-oriented skills, with the ability to complete large volumes of work with high quality.

As an Account Strategist in Google Customer Solutions (GCS), you will be a frontline seller to GCS strategic customers. With a more focused portfolio of clients, you will understand clients marketing objectives and build short and medium-term strategies to meet those goals, in part by improving campaign performance, implementing best practices, driving Google product adoption, and influencing customer budgets.

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of businesses and develop a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
- Collaborate within the team, aligning workflow among team members to execute plans and ensure accountability to meet or exceed goals while prioritizing and delivering outstanding customer experience to Google's partners and clients.
- Pitch and consult with customers proactively to support annual digital marketing discussions and budgets.
- Implement creative ways to improve our customer relationships, tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions and promote other Google products.
- Identify key client stakeholders and consult with customers proactively on calls and in person to support annual digital marketing discussions and budgets.
