Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Partner Developer, Solutions Developer, Technical Program Manager, or Escalation Developer.
  • Experience working with cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and enterprise software.
  • Experience managing relationships with external partners or customers.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience defining, designing, and implementing scalable operational frameworks.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional technical projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to influence product roadmaps and drive technical strategy in a changing environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity to deliver results.

As part of an innovative team in this rapidly growing business, you will help shape the future of businesses of all sizes and use technology to connect with customers, employees, and partners.

In this role, you will ensure the successful onboarding and transacting of solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) via the Google Cloud Marketplace. Your role requires an understanding of Marketplace operations, technical integration, business development, and compliance coupled with excellent communication and relationship management skills. You will ensure successful delivery of critical services supporting Marketplace partners, including partner and solution onboarding and ongoing management, typically working directly with partners, as well as internal Google field and partner sales and developing stakeholders, and achieving scale through vendor operations. You will also support the Marketplace product development lifecycle, contributing directly to product roadmap operations and deliverables, including business and technical requirements development, stakeholder validation, as well as leading feature adoption and optimization initiatives.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$249,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead technical integration for Marketplace partners, sharing and influencing platform roadmap.
  • Design and implement scalable frameworks and AI automation to optimize Marketplace operations.
  • Define the team's operational framework, setting standards for onboarding, health monitoring, and incident response.
  • Own the technical feedback loop from partners, translating needs into business cases and product requirements that influence Marketplace strategy. 
  • Own the technical success of new Marketplace feature pilots, defining criteria and managing feedback between partners and product teams.
