Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with digital media planning and managing advertising budgets and campaigns, with focus on video and programmatic, including measurement strategies and an understanding of the engaged video landscape.
  • Ability to achieve sales goals to drive business growth, by building compelling narratives and utilizing storytelling based on business strategies and marketing objectives.
  • Ability to navigate and influence organizations to shape aligned strategies and roadmap, and drive decisions and growth.
  • Ability to build a trusted and meaningful relationship with customers, C-level and executive leadership.

As an Industry Manager, you will lead the partnership for one of the most sophisticated and significant global advertisers in the Travel industry. In this high-impact role, you will advocate the global video strategy and execution and manage high-stakes relationships with C-level executives.

You will leverage your understanding of customer business and marketing challenges combined with your Google's advertising solutions knowledge, to help this customer achieve their business objectives and drive meaningful growth in the dynamic digital landscape.

You will require extensive experience of brand and programmatic solutions and a developed understanding of the wider engaged landscape. Furthermore, you will need exceptional influencing skills to navigate a large business with various range of stakeholders.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the global video and programmatic strategy, overseeing the planning and execution and working with a global multifunctional team. Work closely with the other members of the team to shape a full funnel unified approach.
  • Engage and influence key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, building trusted relationships to understand their core business challenges and strategic priorities, across markets and divisions.
  • Design and pitch powerful, data-driven solutions tailored to customer needs, leveraging knowledge of advertising offerings and compelling storytelling to obtain sales goals and drive customer success while navigating objections.
  • Demonstrate engaged value by shaping a measurement strategy inline with customer objectives and sharing data-driven insights that reinforce the partnership.
  • Lead engagements and customer conversations with internal executive stakeholder working closely with Google’s product team to meet the needs of our customers.
