Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in Data Analytics, Trust and Safety, Policy, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Experience in content policy, anti-abuse, or reviewing online content.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in spreadsheets, SQL, and problem solving with datasets.
- Ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners across geographies and drive strategies and business actions.
- Excellent business, thinking, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, hiring, and leadership skills.
- Ability to communicate in Korean, Chinese or Japanese fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

- Enforce YouTube’s misinformation content policies and ensure quality policy enforcement.
- Oversee YouTube’s Malicious Clickbait workflow including tooling improvements and workflow optimization.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders on misinformation issues and communicate initiatives to the organization, including local teams.
- Execute elections integrity strategy across YouTube in partnership with Legal, Product, Engineering, Intel, Google Trust and Safety and YouTube Trust and Safety Content Policy.
- Manage escalations in the misinformation space while ensuring quality enforcement and communication with cross-functional stakeholders.
