As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

In this role, you will help expand and enhance our global supply and demand planning operations. You will be responsible for supply and demand planning activities long term Pixel New Product Introduction (NPI) programs. You will be managing key internal/external stakeholders as they oversee end-to-end supply chain operations for Google’s hardware business. You will define our NPI strategy (launch, portfolio, assortment and cost) and needs to influence the business in defining the Plan of Record.

The team works on shaping the future of Pixel devices and services through some of the most advanced designs, techniques, products, and experiences in consumer electronics. This includes bringing together the best of Google’s artificial intelligence, software, and hardware to build global smartphones and create transformative experiences for users across the world.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Develop short and long range supply and demand models that seek to minimize total costs and inventories while maintaining excellent service levels to partners and customers worldwide.
  • Present Supply and Demand recommendations to leadership, drive timely decisions, and ensure clear and concise communication to all stakeholders in the supply chain.
  • Collaborate with Demand Planning, Sales Operations, and Product Management teams to comprehend and influence demand assumptions, scenarios, inputs and adjustments to consensus forecasts.
  • Drive product success by keeping ourselves and others accountable for metrics such as inventory, material spend, sales in and sales through, freight in, COGS, and gross margins.
  • Drive product strategy via analytics, proposing optimal launch dates, capacity investments, feature portfolio, cost-reduction opportunities, and supply strategies to maximize supply chain flexibility and maximize business.
