Agency Relationship Manager, Large Customer Sales (English, Vietnamese)

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Ability to communicate in English and Vietnamese fluently in order to interact with Vietnam based clients and partners.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with agencies of different sizes and specializations.
- Experience working with B and C-level agency executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience with Google's advertising products and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, DV360) to promote and support.
- Experience with tools like Salesforce or other client relationship management (CRM) platforms for managing relationships and tracking.
- Ability to build rapport, establish trust, and maintain relationships with agency partners with excellent relationships with key decision-makers at agencies.

We power up and deliver this work by building, developing and growing a dedicated team of media/agency-industry experts who are both strategic in goal and ambition, and also excellent in sales and operational execution.Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Responsibilities
- Own Google's relationship with the big agency networks and the media agency ecosystem in Vietnam as business leaders by developing and executing quality agency partnership plans, with an eye toward proactively co-developing agency capabilities grounded in Google products and platforms.
- Negotiate and manage commercial agreements to grow or defend Google’s Statement of Work (SOW).
- Accelerate key account growth by leading a One Google Team approach, partnering across internal stakeholders, including Country Manager, Industry Heads and Account Teams.
- Lead Agency stakeholders through industry-defining moments (e.g., Privacy, Brand Safety, Winning in an AI driven world), be a trusted Subject Matter Expert for Agency Leaders.
