Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media (e.g., search, social, mobile, display, and video media).
  • 3 years of experience working in technology and collaborating with Legal, Operations, Support, Finance and Accounting teams.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience working cross-functionally.
  • Experience with commercial agreements.
  • Understanding of legal, financial and accounting concepts related to commercial agreements.
  • Ability to influence strategy using third party insights.
  • Excellent communication, project management, investigative, and organizational skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $103,000-$148,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary liaison to Sales teams, providing timely communications on incentive balances and expert support to resolve incentive deployment issues and complexities to ensure timely activations that power advertising revenue and client priorities. 
  • Diagnose and resolve issues and blockers for incentive redemption on behalf of clients and Sales teams, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders like Engineers, Product, Legal, Tax to ensure swift resolution and enable timely activations.
  • Provide consultative support on bespoke agreements structuring requests, triaging and collaborating with internal stakeholders to assess technical feasibility and ensure all considerations are addressed.
  • Drive continuous improvements to agreements operations by documenting troubleshooting resolutions and scaling best practices. Develop and maintain resources to facilitate future troubleshooting and knowledge transfer within the team and to Sales, becoming VIP expert within the  Global Client and Agency Solutions organization.
