Our goal is to enable our businesses to make informed decisions to put the right talent in the right locations. Our partnership with teams across Google aims to provide an excellent user experience and minimizes administrative burden throughout the xW process. In this role, you will work with large cross functional suppliers that translate and deliver service offerings that PAs use. You will be in charge of helping realize our goal by collaborating with the suppliers that will be working at scale across Alphabet, to continue to drive efficient ways of working while also managing our risks and controlling the regulatory compliance agenda. You will work as part of a cross functional team both internal to xWS (Risk and Compliance, Partner Engagement etc.) and also within the PAs (VMOs, GPO etc) to drive efficiencies and risk mitigation strategies across our supplier base, also being accountable for overseeing multiple concurrent P0 initiatives to enhance the experience of Product Area within the contingent workforce space.
