Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 11 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners at an executive level.
- 6 years of experience working in customer-facing industry or product area, working with executives, and driving customer transformation programs.
- 2 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Experience in a leadership role.
- Familiarity with online media buying strategies and advanced technologies (GMP products specifically and the broader ad tech ecosystem).

As a member of the sales team in GMP, (Google Marketing Platform) you will be generating GMP adoption and long-term impact to clients and Google. You will drive GMP utilization towards impact by connecting business needs with cutting-edge tech solutions, acting as a partner/consultant to those you are working with and supporting the sales process, with focus on customer business objectives, media impact and evolving digital maturity. You will support the customer need while overseeing the technical execution and business operations of Google's partnerships, generating excellence in execution in order to prove the value of GMP to the customers.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$231,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders. Develop a comprehensive understanding of their business issues, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
- Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between Google and clients, and lead a cross functional team within Google to collaborate on projects and drive client success.
- Plan for, and achieve, growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.
- Develop forward thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
- Build an in-depth knowledge of how Google Advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
