Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in SAP or ERP tranformations.
  • Experience with SAP order management in a supply chain or logistics environment.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in SAP architecture roles in supply chain, or logistics solutions areas.
  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience in designing and implementing logistics solutions and managing complex projects.
  • Experience with business case development, value propositions that showcase the potential impact of solutions on key business metrics.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, think critically, and develop innovative design solutions that meet user needs and business goals,
  • Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills to analyze complex logistics challenges and develop effective solutions.

The Global Cloud Logistics Organization’s enablement team’s goal is to design and implement processes and solutions to extend and scale logistics and supply chain capacity and capabilities and meet Google and Cloud/Technical Infrastructure goals. Build, run and innovate Google’s Logistics Network to deliver equipment at speed, scale, efficiency and predictability in a sustainable and compliant manner through operational excellence.

As a Logistics Order Management Program Manager, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing innovative solutions to complex supply chain and logistics challenges for Google Cloud. Your insights will have a significant impact on the supply chain by driving speed, scale, efficiency, and predictability in logistics operations. Collaborating seamlessly across functions, you will identify business challenges, build robust business cases, and drive the development of innovative solutions, working hand-in-hand with the systems team to shape the future of Google Cloud logistics.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead the assessment of current logistics systems, technologies, and processes in Order management to identify areas for enhancement and optimization to drive efficiency, speed , scale and predictability.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and operations teams to create and refine capability road maps that outline the development and integration of new technologies, tools, and systems required to implement the proposed solutions effectively.
  • Work collaboratively across teams to gather and define comprehensive business requirements, ensure that solutions are tailored to meet the specific needs of the supply chain and logistics operations.
  • Lead the design and architecture of logistics processes and systems, and ensure alignment with global business objectives.
