Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program or project management.
Preferred qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in network operations and data communications.
- 7 years of experience with network multilayered OSS, network design, and network security.
- Experience with Enterprise Networking (e.g., L3 Routing, Switching (CISCO) SD WAN and Security).
- Experience in project management in Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) environments.
- Experience in negotiating agreements.

- Review, design, implement and operationally manage Global Submarine Networks
(GSN) Layer 2-3 IP Secure Data Communications Network (DCN) and Operational Support Systems (OSS) and other Cloud based applications and systems. - Work with stakeholders supporting GSN's Network Operations center (NOC) to develop systems operating processes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network and OSS systems performance.
- Work with technology suppliers, security, risk and compliance teams to ensure Google maintains the highest levels of reliability in respect of Operating Systems and Network.
- Lead network Security Planning and Operations for GSN Internal Communications Network.
