Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
- Experience in analytical work in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, marketing/sales, or a business operations and analytics environment, including analyzing quantities of data with spreadsheet (e.g., Sheets) and database query (e.g., SQL).
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to engage with stakeholders in China.
Preferred qualifications:
- Track record of thought leadership in developing analyses/models and applying them to create a tangible impact.
- Proficiency in translating data into actionable insights and digestible formats for the business.
- Ability to move between strategy and insights, high-level data tracking and granular, day-to-day project tasks.
- Ability to think, plan, and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized fashion, while acting as an effective team player who can coordinate across cross-functional stakeholders.

The APAC Regional Strategy and Operations team (APAC RSO) helps build and guide the strategic focus areas of APAC Google Customer Solutions (GCS), with the goal of driving sustainable business growth. By working closely with GCS Sales leadership, APAC RSO leads both short-term and long-term initiatives that result in tangible change and impact for the Sales teams and our customers.

Responsibilities
- Prepare key business insights for executive-level reviews. Provide regular updates on business metrics for APAC leadership, helping to synthesize roadblocks and key decisions.
- Perform in-depth search data analysis on specific topics to help uncover opportunities or areas that the local strategy needs to pivot.
- Develop and maintain the systems used to track Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) on initiatives and ensuring data is accurate and up to date.
- Support the launch of new projects by defining the initial project plan, identifying necessary resources, and setting up project governance. Step into active projects to fix operational delays or help a team adjust their strategy based on local market conditions.
- Act as a central point of contact to work with various sales, finance, legal leaders to ensure progress and accountability towards the same goals.
