HR Consultant, Googler Experience (English, French)

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Leadership Development, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, Talent Management, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in talent/leadership development, HR consulting, or HR.
- 4 years of experience in scalable program design/management/delivery and change management.
- Ability to communicate in English and French fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Leadership Development, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, or Talent Management, or a related field.
- Experience analyzing information, drawing conclusions, generating alternatives and solutions, and evaluating outcomes.
- Understanding of people and talent offering philosophies to carry out programs and projects across business areas.
- Understanding of stakeholder needs through dialogue before conducting analysis and making recommendations.
- Understanding of current and future processes needed to pursue continuous improvement in HR and Talent policies and practices.
- Ability to communicate in Dutch or Flemish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Responsibilities
- Provide HR consultations on topics like performance, team effectiveness, career development.
- Support labor relations activities on site.
- Help deploy high-priority HR programs and initiatives tailored to the country's people plan.
- Identify and prioritize recommendations to enhance the Googler experience.
- Collaborate with partners to ensure seamless end-to-end HR process delivery and manage employment policy compliance.
