Industry Manager (English, Arabic)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience working with the Saudi market.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Arabic fluently as this is a customer-facing sales role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in sales strategy development and pitching; proven deal negotiation abilities, including identifying key negotiating points and trade-offs.
  • Experience leading C-level pitches and developing high-impact strategic narratives, and ability to influence across teams and with senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Google’s products, services, and solutions and how they can benefit businesses.
  • Ability to translate client business models and needs into business opportunities.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills with the ability to build, grow, and maintain high-impact, long-lasting relationships.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage primary relationships with key customers based in Saudi Arabia, serving as their main point of contact for all key areas, including joint business plan development, opportunity sizing, sales strategy, pitching, and relationship management.
  • Plan for and achieve revenue targets for your assigned customer portfolio.
  • Scope customer strategy, managing priorities related to account planning and multi-quarter pipeline.
  • Create and own joint business plans for our customers based on their business objectives to foster deeper relationships and ensure progress towards revenue goals.
  • Influence across internal teams to address customer needs and close agreements, bringing a cohesive “OneGoogle” solution to our customers.
