Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in program management in environments using waterfall, agile and hybrid methodologies.
- 7 years of experience in system designing and implementing enterprise architectures for scalable and efficient data platforms.
- 7 years of experience in technical project management or a customer-facing role.
- 2 years of people management experience.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in operations management (i.e. process improvement, operational reviews, optimizing workflows, etc).
- 10 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.
- Experience in working with channel partners, systems integrators and third-party teams to deliver successful cloud centric solutions.
- Experience in planning and delivering cloud solutions in public cloud, including Google Cloud Platform and hybrid environments.
- Experience in account management, client service and management consulting.
About the job
As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for the technical relationship of our largest advertising clients and/or product partners. You will lead cross-functional teams in Engineering, Sales and Product Management to leverage emerging technologies for our external clients/partners. From concept design and testing to data analysis and support, you will oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's online advertising platforms and/or product partnerships.
You will be able to balance business and partner needs with technical constraints, develop innovative, cutting edge solutions and act as a partner and consultant to those you are working with. You will also be able to build tools and automate products, oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's partnerships, as well as develop product strategy and prioritize projects and resources.
As a Delivery manager, you will collaborate with Google Cloud's key stakeholders Google Cloud Consulting (GCC), Professional Services Organization (PSO), Product, Sales and strategic customers to drive transformation programs. You will offer thought leadership, delivery management, consulting and technical expertise alongside cross-functional and cross-regional Global Services Delivery (GSD) teams to ensure consistent and scalable Google Cloud Platform (GCP) deployments. You will also lead a team of architects and consultants through both pre-sales and delivery phases.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with executive cross-functional key stakeholders in organizations to deliver or manage quality technical solutions and services.
- Influence product decisions based on developer feedback or technical expertise.
- Lead the scalability of existing solutions or create repeatable solutions (e.g., best practices recommendations, tutorials, blog articles, sample code) and ensure effective documentation of repeatable solutions.
- Strategize surrounding solution code development in collaboration with internal or external developers, users, partners, clients, stakeholders as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-organizational stakeholders throughout their respective process life-cycle to provide technical guidance or identify potential existing or new technical solution offerings that shape outcomes.
