Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- 5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, and execution.
- Experience in running Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) processes with retail partners.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational level and to launch new products or programs successfully in the marketplace.
- Ability to grow in ambiguity and navigate complexity to develop solutions.
- Ability to work with data sources to derive key insights.
- Excellent critical thinking, presentation, decision making, communication, and problem-solving skills.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
The Hardware Supply Chain Planning team are looking to expand and enhance Regional Demand Planning operations. In this role, you'll be responsible for all demand and fulfillment planning activities for the region across multiple product categories, in a high visibility position. You manage key internal/external stakeholders and represent end-to-end supply chain operations for Google’s Devices and Services business. You exhibit leadership, influence, project management, and problem-solving capabilities, and are critical in the next phase of the company’s growth.
The team focuses on the whole consumer experience that includes purchasing, hardware, software, design, supply chain, and Go-to-Market (sales and marketing).
Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly cross-functional Sales and Operations planning cycle, drive decisions and actions to mitigate risks and deliver the business plan.
- Lead projects and initiatives globally and regionally to build excellence, scalability, and reliability into our omni-channel planning operations (e.g., planning systems, processes, data, team, etc.).
- Lead collaborative, planning, forecasting, and replenishment discussions with third-party partners to drive forecast accuracy. Act as central point of contact for all supply chain operations and chair joint performance reviews.
- Maintain optimal levels of channel inventory to balance availability through the product’s lifecycle and lead supply allocation exercises and manage order fulfillment.
- Support definition/blueprinting and implementation of new planning systems and processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives in regional supply chain operations.
