Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, or product management.
- Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with AdMob or Google Ad Manager.
- Experience in Application user acquisition industry and various solutions.
- Experience with development and release of mobile apps and associated tools and processes, such as game engines, analytics providers, and mobile measurement platforms.
- Understanding of the relevance between ad monetization and user acquisition.
- Ability to work and navigate through ambiguity with little or no guidance.

Sellside (Product Go-To-Market) team is a connecting tissue between sales leads and product leads. PGTM leads Cross-functional (xfn) teams to deliver products to market and bring market feedback to the product team with priority, to ensure market fit and maximize impact to grow our business.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting both the activation of existing and new products impacting sellside publishers and the ongoing optimization of our monetization suite from a Mobile first perspective. You will help empower the Global Partnerships teams to win in the market and accelerate on big bets for the long term by ensuring that new activations reach deeply into partner portfolio and that critical features/optimizations important to sellside's revenue growth maintain a high degree of ongoing adoption and utilization. You will help develop, execute and continually monitor/report on activation strategies/tactics focused toward driving product adoption of Google’s publisher and developer-facing products including the AdManager, AdMob and other emerging enabling technologies. You will be expected to have in-depth knowledge of the mobile industry, the advertising landscape and the important levers that drive business from our publisher partnerships. You will be required to act autonomously, set and execute ambitious goals, devise creative methods for driving feature adoption and regularly report progress to executive stakeholders. You should be proactive, organized and comfortable documenting impact while executing collaboratively across Google’s functional and regional teams.
The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for driving the activation of both existing and emerging products impacting sell-side publishers, and the ongoing optimization of our monetization suite from a Mobile-first perspective.
- Develop, execute and continually monitor/report on activation strategies/tactics focused on driving product adoption of Google’s publisher and developer-facing products.
- Contribute to a holistic sell side product commercialisation strategy and tactics, working closely with global product teams and Product Go-to-Market (PGTM) teammates, as well as global sales teams and partners.
- Partner with senior PGTM leads to develop sellside strategy of app developer user acquisition needs and structure commercialization effort.
- Provide expert support to frontline teams, assisting with partner pitches and helping drive custom solutions where required to win new agreements.
