Agency Lead, LCS (English, Spanish)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently, to engage with clients in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners.
  • Experience in areas such as online ad sales, business-development, marketing, or consulting sales.
  • Experience in a leadership role.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads.
  • Ability to prioritize and maintain appropriate focus on details were necessary, and quickly complete a large volume of high-quality work.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, people management, and teamwork skills.

As an Agency Lead, you'll be the driving force behind a portfolio of top agencies in Chile and Peru, developing and nurturing relationships to unlock incredible growth. This role requires strategic thinking, a passion for building strong relationships, and a deep understanding of the agency landscape.

We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with agencies to develop and execute annual partnership plans that drive mutual growth and unlock new business opportunities.
  • Develop joint business plans that connect the goals of Google, agencies, and their clients.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers to drive strategic alignment.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and share insights with agencies to help them navigate the evolving digital landscape.
  • Educate agencies on Google's latest products and innovations, showcasing their potential to unlock new opportunities and drive client success.
