Minimum qualifications:

- 8 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in Technical Program Management, Incident Management, Escalation Management, and Process Improvement.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in Infrastructure as a Service, Operational Efficiency, KPI Management, Process Improvement, Customer Engagement.

You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Partner with Infrastructure engineering teams and act as the interface for field teams and direct customer engagement to support Customer POCs and onboarding.
- Identify and drive process improvements to optimize customer engagement workflows and reduce support overhead.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on operational priorities and customer needs.
- Manage escalations and incidents, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
- Ensure that new feature requests and supportability actions are seamlessly integrated into the product/feature roadmaps and milestones and engineering OKRs.
