Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 11 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree.
- Experience with consulting, analytics, financial modeling, marketing analytics, 3P analytics platforms, or web analytics (Adobe/GA4).
- Experience with data analytics, return on investment/financial modeling, or statistical analysis.
- Experience operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner.
- Experience in a client-facing role, with the ability to navigate complex customer organizations across levels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to comfort delivering distilling complex data analysis and insights into digestible narratives, creating urgency for decision makers to take action.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000-$205,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Analyze internal and external data to quantify opportunities, anticipate risks, develop solutions to customer marketing challenges, and measure success.
- Help customers navigate the shift to an AI first era of marketing leveraging Google AI and ML solutions articulating and quantifying the value and impact of investments in this area.
- Develop relationships with analytics counterparts and earn their trust, challenging the status quo together by telling stories with data, both visually and verbally.
- Collaborate across teams innovating, to activate full measurement and attribution product capabilities for customers, and develop scalable solutions to industry challenges.
- Advise on marketing analytics, including attribution, lifetime value, customer segmentation, and behavioral insights. Lead the full lifecycle of analytics and measurement initiatives, from idea to implementation.
