Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
  • Experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory experience

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
  • Understanding, curiosity and passion for the Public Sector landscape.
  • Ability to drive quantitative analysis (using SQL/other investigative tools), distill insights and develop recommendations.
  • Ability to work in a fluid environment and lead projects independently.
  • Excellent executive level communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional groups and senior leadership.

About the job

In this role, you will report to Technology Strategy and Delivery (TS&D) Chief of Staff and partner with executive leaders as well as Strategic Operations (StratOps) from across GPS to help solve complex business needs and drive efficiency.

You will own the annual planning process for TS&D and all reporting throughout the year such as success metrics, OKRs and managing our program reviews among others.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$170,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Own and drive cross-functional projects across all of TS&D to help strategically solve problems and drive operational improvements.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights, using trend analysis to inform program pivots and resource allocation.
  • Synthesize data into structured, polished presentations. Communicate findings and ROI to senior stakeholders, ensuring clarity on how program changes impact the bottom line.
  • Own and report on quarterly success metrics and OKR grading.
  • Own annual planning process and oversee all budgets and purchase orders for TS&D.
