Senior Business Systems Analyst, Spaces Engineering, AI/ML

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
  • Experience in designing and integrating AI solutions within existing enterprise application landscapes (e.g., CRM, ERP, SCM).
  • Experience defining data models to support AI/ML initiatives.
  • Experience in driving projects to completion on their own.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in designing and implementing enterprise solutions leveraging agent architectures, including a strong understanding of agent frameworks and methodologies.
  • Experience in designing and utilizing knowledge graphs for enhanced data understanding and AI capabilities.
  • Experience in the commercial real estate domain, including familiarity with CRE systems, processes, and data.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and their AI/ML services.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and people management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with teams.

The team identifies time-consuming internal processes and then builds solutions that are reliable and scalable enough to work within the size and scope of the company. You listen to and translate Googler needs into high-level technical specifications, design and develop recommended systems and consult with Google executives to ensure smooth implementation. Whether battling large system processes or leveraging our homegrown suite of Google products for Googlers themselves, you help Googlers work faster and more efficiently.

With your technical expertise, you build business applications and influence the design of features that improve the reliability of our applications and systems. You also define the scope of technical projects and oversee execution.

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will drive the design and implementation of AI-powered solutions within our enterprise application landscape. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in driving Enterprise Solution design, building AI agents and workflows to solve complex business challenges, particularly within the Spaces Engineering domain for Google’s Real Estate and Workplace Services. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our enterprise systems by integrating intelligent automation and insights.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to understand business needs and translate them into clear, concise, and technically feasible solution designs.
  • Lead the conceptualization and design of AI solutions, with a strong emphasis on agent architectures, including the design, development, and deployment of intelligent agents. Identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements in areas such as property management, leasing, investment analysis, and market intelligence.
  • Design and develop knowledge graphs to model complex relationships within business data, enabling more sophisticated AI-powered insights and decision-making.
  • Define and maintain robust data models that support the development and deployment of AI solutions within enterprise applications.
  • Document detailed solution designs, including data flows, system integrations, and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
